They made the evening!

The best Band
Riptide played at our wedding in Kent, the boys were incredible. I received so many compliments about them, probably due to the fact that they sounded amazing, their set list was perfect and they got everyone up and dancing! I would highly recommend this band to anyone. They were friendly and professional as well as being very talented. Booking through the Alive Network was also so easy and they kept me up to date with everything in the lead up to the big day. -
Riptide were a fantastic band!
Riptide were a fantastic band! We saw them at a friend’s wedding and knew we had to have them. They were incredible and ensured the music got everyone up on the dance floor. All of our guests have raved about the band and we are so, so glad we booked them! -
Even better than we imagined!
Riptide was amazing!!! We knew they were going to be good from their recordings but they blew our minds at the wedding! They were super speedy setting up, very attentive and listened to all requests. To put into perspective, they got the grooms grandad to be part of the dance floor most of the night and he was bound to a wheelchair unable to walk just a year ago. Not to mention the brides dad who were busting moves most of the night (have never actually seen him dance before). They even played a little extra song special for the grandad after having spoken to him in between the sets. The music they played in between was perfect, they read the crowd really well. They were honestly super talented and we wish we had another event coming up just to get to hear them play some more songs from their (awesome) repertoire. One of our friends is now considering them for their upcoming wedding if that doesn’t tell you enough. -

Stunning Set by Riptide
We booked Riptide for a joint 30th & 60th Birthday party at a village hall and they didn’t disappoint! The sets were spot on and quite frankly rocked the crowd. Their versions were terrific and even learnt a new song for us and smashed it. I would thoroughly recommend Riptide, very accommodating and great communication with them ahead of the event. -
Fantastic!!!
Really great music, presence and atmosphere, which had everyone on their feet and dancing throughout both sets (first set older pop/rock classics - 60s / 70s), before the band moved onto a more contemporary second set (90s - present). They really were the highlight of the evening. Thanks!! -
Excellent band
Alex and the band were awesome, so many people at our wedding commented that the band were great, and some even wanted to know their name so that they could try and book them too!! We always wanted a band that did not sound like the normal horrible wedding singers and more of an actual rock/indie band that the lead singer could actually sing, which seems quite hard to find!! We found this with Alex and Riptide and were impressed by their performances online, however this can be misleading with some bands, but it wasn’t with Riptide, and we were so happy with how they performed.
