Each member of Riptide has extensive experience in a wide variety of live settings and we show this with our professionalism at each event. The variety of music we play ensures that your evening will be memorable!

Standard Services

Our standard service includes:

  • 2 x 1 hour sets of a variety of party music from the 50s right up to the most modern hits.
  • Professional equipment
  • LED lighting
  • Background music for before, between and after live sets

Upgrade Options

 Here are our upgrade options for corporate parties:

  • Acoustic packages - we offer everything from an acoustic duo to a full band 'live lounge' set to provide a relaxed background to your day or evening
  • 1AM finish
  • Live performance of your first dance
  • DJ option - a member of the band will be on hand to take requests and make announcements all evening

Question or Concerns

 

Once you’ve decided we’re the right band for your event, you will have a dedicated event coordinator at our agency Alive Network who will be on hand to liaise with you on any issues, questions or concerns. We’ll be in touch around 3 weeks before your event to run through the details and finalise any last minute arrangements.

 

What We'll Do At Your Event


Arrival, Set Up & Soundcheck

Riptide arrive in plenty of time to set up and get acquainted so as not to disturb anything on the day before we are due to play. Our equipment can be set up with ease and we will not take up excessive amounts of time to soundcheck, minimising any interference.

After Set Up

As soon as everything is set up, Riptide will play background music through our PA system, meaning that there will be music as soon as guests arrive and the evening has started.

First Live Set

As standard there will be two hour-long sets, this can be negotiated prior to the event. Timings will be negotiated beforehand so that we can try to avoid playing when people are eating etc. We will tailor our timings to your event specifically. Our live sets are energetic and respond to our audience throughout the night.

Second Live Set & End of the Night

Music usually ends at midnight, and as before this can be negotiated prior to the event. After our second live set, we will either provide our additional DJ service or ensure background music is playing while we quietly pack away.
